The wine is highly perfumed, with lifted red cherry, wild strawberry and cranberry, layered with violet, rose and a touch of Asian spice. The palate is precise and structured, combining crystalline fruit with savoury detail, fine tannins and a long, driven finish that reflects the cool, late season.

Whole bunch fermentation and extended ageing in large format oak and glass bring complexity without weight, resulting in a poised and age worthy style.
