Pol Roger Blanc de Blancs 2015 is a rich yet finely detailed vintage Champagne made entirely from Grand Cru Chardonnay grown across the Côte des Blancs.

Sourced from Oiry, Chouilly, Cramant, Avize, Oger and Le Mesnil sur Oger, it shows lemon zest, orange peel and fresh pastry alongside butter, hazelnut and subtle cocoa notes. Six years of cellar ageing adds depth and creaminess, while the naturally bright Chardonnay acidity keeps the wine precise and energetic.

Powerful but beautifully balanced, this is a generous Blanc de Blancs with fine bubbles and excellent length. Pair with scallops, lobster, roast chicken or richer seafood dishes.
