Pol Roger Pure Extra Brut is a precise, bone dry Champagne that puts freshness, structure and terroir firmly in the spotlight.

Made from equal parts Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier, it shows citrus, white flowers and subtle rose alongside hints of fresh bread, clove and honey. The palate is firm and finely shaped, with bright acidity, delicate bubbles and a long, mineral finish.

With no dosage and at least four years of cellar ageing, this is a taut, elegant style of Champagne that rewards food. Excellent with oysters, lobster, crab or simply prepared shellfish.
