Pommery Apanage 1874 Brut

Pommery Cuvée Apanage Brut 1874 is a refined expression of Champagne, built around Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from some of the region’s most distinguished crus.

Based primarily on the excellent 2018 vintage, with reserve wines from 2015 and 2012, it shows citrus, white peach and crisp apple alongside subtle brioche, chalk and gentle savoury notes. Extended ageing for 48 months in Pommery’s historic Reims chalk cellars brings extra depth while a low dosage keeps the finish dry and precise.

Elegant, mineral and finely structured, this is a polished Champagne with plenty of freshness. Ideal with oysters, sashimi or simply as a serious aperitif.
