Produttori Del Barbaresco Ovello 2021

Produttori del Barbaresco’s 2021 Ovello Riserva is a structured and energetic expression of Nebbiolo, combining fragrant red fruit with the firm tannins typical of this important Barbaresco site.

Red cherry, raspberry and dried flowers lead into subtle spice and savoury notes. The palate is fresh and focused, with youthful fruit, pronounced tannin and a long, persistent finish. Thirty months in large oak casks followed by further bottle ageing allows the wine to build complexity while retaining clarity and freshness.

Powerful but finely balanced, this is a Barbaresco built for long cellaring and an excellent match for risotto, roast meats or game.
