Produttori Del Barbaresco Pora 2021

Produttori del Barbaresco’s 2021 Pora Riserva is a generous, polished expression of Nebbiolo, known for combining depth with a softer, more open feel than some of Barbaresco’s firmer sites.

Ripe red cherry and plum sit alongside dried flowers, gentle spice and subtle balsamic notes. The palate is full bodied and velvety, with moderate tannin, fresh acidity and a long, savoury finish. Thirty months in large oak casks followed by further bottle ageing adds complexity while preserving the wine’s approachable fruit.

A refined, age worthy Barbaresco that pairs beautifully with risotto, roast meats or game.
