A generous Adelaide Hills Barbera that shows exactly why the variety works so well at the table.

Black cherry, blackberry and rose sit alongside bay leaf, black pepper and a subtle savoury edge. The palate is rich and juicy, with dark cherry, gentle spice and a plush texture balanced by Barbera’s naturally bright acidity and mild tannins.

Hand picked from Kenton Valley and matured in older oak puncheons, the style is expressive and full of character without feeling heavy. It is approachable now but has the structure to develop further in bottle. A natural match for gnocchi with tomato sauce and plenty of Parmigiano Reggiano.
