The 2020 Radikon Ribolla Gialla is a profound expression of skin contact winemaking from Oslavia in Friuli Venezia Giulia, sourced from mature vines rooted in the region’s distinctive ponca soils. Aromas of dried apricot, candied citrus and chamomile unfold alongside tea leaf, wild herbs and subtle earthy spice. The palate is deeply textured and savoury, with concentrated orchard fruit, vibrant acidity and finely structured tannins providing remarkable depth and persistence. Three months of skin maceration followed by three years in large oak casks lends complexity without sacrificing freshness.
