Ravensworth Regional Riesling 2025

A dry, aromatic Canberra Riesling with bright citrus, savoury detail and a gently textured palate.

Sourced from four vineyards across the Canberra District, including Ravensworth’s own vines, this 2025 Riesling brings together floral and spicy aromatics with layers of lemon, lime and green apple. A little skin contact and extended lees ageing build texture, while maturation in ceramic, concrete and large format oak adds depth without masking the wine’s freshness.

Dry, vibrant and slightly unconventional, it has plenty of flavour and a long, energetic finish. A distinctive take on Riesling that rewards curious drinkers. Serve with scallops, fresh seafood and other shellfish, or try it with roast pork.
