Rieslingfreak No.5 Clare Valley Riesling 2026 is an off dry style built around the naturally high acidity of the family vineyard at White Hutt, just north of Clare.

Sweet red apple, white peach and mandarin lead the aromatics, with orange blossom and honeysuckle adding perfume. The palate is generous and gently sweet, showing nectarine, apricot and ripe apple, balanced by bright, sherbet like acidity that keeps the wine fresh and precise.

Fruit from grey clay over limestone gives this Riesling excellent natural tension, while the residual sweetness adds texture through the middle. A brilliant match for spicy Thai dishes, fresh seafood or aromatic Asian cuisine.
