The 2025 Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir reflects the warmth of the vintage while retaining the elegance and savoury complexity that define the region’s finest examples. Fragrant aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry and delicate florals are layered with dried herbs, aniseed and subtle earthy notes. The palate is supple and finely structured, with bright red fruit giving way to nuances of leather, mushroom and charcuterie. Juicy acidity and fine, powdery tannins provide freshness and definition, carrying through to a long, savoury finish. A Pinot Noir with lovely depth and the structure to develop over the next six to eight years. Particularly suited to roast duck, mushroom risotto or game.
