The 2021 Lirac from Domaine Roger Sabon is a beautifully balanced Southern Rhône red, led by 70% Grenache with Syrah, Mourvèdre, and a touch of old-vine Carignan. Hand-picked and carefully destemmed, it shows lifted aromas of red plums, ripe raspberries, and a subtle cocoa richness. The palate is medium to full-bodied with silky, integrated tannins, fresh acidity, and juicy, ripe fruit that carries through to a lingering, savory finish.
