Roseblood D'estoublon 1489 Rose 2022

A refined Provencal rose with vibrant fruit, fine texture and a subtle savoury edge.

Made from 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah, this rose comes from old vines planted on cool clay, limestone and marl soils with basalt fragments, high in the foothills of Provence at 390 meters. Raspberry and wild berry aromas mingle with spring flowers, vanilla and a gentle toastiness.

The palate is light on its feet yet generously flavoured, with bright freshness balancing the ripe fruit and a finely textured finish. Handpicked and carefully sorted, the wine is cold pressed before ageing across stainless steel, large format vats and selected French oak barrels. A versatile choice with grilled seafood, salads or Provencal style dishes.
