Salomon Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is a richly flavoured yet beautifully balanced Australian red, sourced from the Braeside Vineyard near the Finniss River in South Australia. Crafted by renowned Austrian winemaker Dr Bert Salomon, it captures the generous fruit and distinctive savoury character of Cabernet grown in this region.

Aromas of blackcurrant, ripe blackberry and dark chocolate are complemented by hints of fresh mint and subtle earthy spice. The palate is concentrated and expressive, with generous dark fruit, firm yet supple tannins and a long, structured finish.

A classic Australian Cabernet with plenty of immediate appeal and the depth to reward extended cellaring. Excellent alongside roast lamb, grilled steak or slow cooked beef.
