Saltfleet Fiano 2026

Fiano feels right at home in McLaren Vale, and this single vineyard release from Blewitt Springs shows why. Grown organically in a cooler pocket of Kaurna Country, the fruit retains plenty of natural freshness and definition.

The palate brings ripe peach, pear and citrus, with a gentle nutty edge and subtle savoury texture from time in seasoned French oak. Six weeks on lees adds shape without taking away from the wine’s brightness.

Fresh, textural and quietly complex, this is a polished Australian Fiano with enough weight for grilled fish, roast chicken or a simple plate of antipasti.
