Sami Odi Our Hill 1

Our inaugural unvintaged assemblage, grown on our home hillsides, brings together the most delicate and expressive casks from 2025 (23%), 2024 (56%) and 2023 (21%). Lithe, trim and supple in structure, it is crafted for early enjoyment, offering purity and immediacy in its youth. A total of 2,438 bottles were filled. The label features a deconstructed ‘OH’ stamp, screen printed in 2025, reflecting both origin and evolution.
