Samuel Billaud’s Chablis is a precise, mineral driven expression of Chardonnay from one of the region’s most respected producers.

Fruit is drawn from the Les Pargues, Le Chapelot and Les Quarts climats, giving a wine with bright citrus, grapefruit and subtle bready notes, alongside the saline, oyster shell character so closely associated with classic Chablis. The palate is fresh and finely structured, with firm acidity, gentle texture from lees ageing and a clean, persistent finish.
