Samuel’s Gorge Tempranillo 2024 takes a darker, more savoury turn than the rest of the range, with texture and structure at the centre.

Cherry, blueberry and red currant sit alongside star anise, leather and a subtle coastal herbal note. The palate has real presence, with dates, cola and savoury spice carried by bright acidity and a fine layer of dusty tannin.

It is firm without feeling heavy, making this a particularly food friendly expression of Tempranillo. Best with richer shared dishes, especially roast meats, caramelised vegetables or creamy cheeses. Built to develop well over the next six years.
