S.C.Pannell FiFi Fiano 2025

Pannell Enoteca’s Fiano shows why this Italian variety works so well in the warm, dry climate of McLaren Vale. Originally from Campania, Fiano is naturally suited to Mediterranean conditions and has found a strong home in South Australia. Expect ripe citrus, pear and stone fruit alongside subtle floral and savoury notes, with fresh acidity giving the wine plenty of lift. Named for Fiona Pannell, or Fi Fi to her friends, this is a bright, food friendly white with enough texture to work beyond the usual seafood pairing. Try it with grilled fish, roast chicken or Mediterranean vegetables.
