Seppeltsfield Barossa Rose 2025

A fresh, dry Barossa Rosé with vibrant Grenache fruit, crisp acidity and subtle savoury texture.

The 2025 Seppeltsfield Barossa Rosé comes from Grenache vineyards on the western ridge of the Barossa Valley, with fruit picked at different stages to balance freshness and ripe flavour. Strawberry, raspberry and white peach lead the way, with hints of musk, citrus blossom and gentle spice.

Light bodied and refreshing, the palate combines bright red berries and stone fruit with a fine mineral edge and just enough savoury character to add interest. A little skin contact brings extra texture while keeping the finish clean and lively. Serve well chilled with grilled prawns, kingfish carpaccio, pork dumplings or Mediterranean share plates.
