The 2025 Shadowfax Geelong Pinot Noir reflects the estate’s considered approach to cool climate winemaking, combining regional character with elegance and precision. Established in 1998 and led by winemaker Alister Timms, Shadowfax has earned a reputation for finely crafted Victorian Pinot Noir. The wine offers fragrant red cherry, wild raspberry and delicate florals, with subtle earthy notes and savoury spice adding complexity. The palate is supple and finely structured, with bright red fruit, fresh acidity and soft, integrated tannins carrying through to an elegant finish. A refined and approachable Pinot Noir, particularly well suited to roast duck, grilled pork or mushroom dishes.
