Shaw and Smith M3 Chardonnay 2025 is a finely tuned and elegant expression of Adelaide Hills Chardonnay showing clarity, restraint and natural acidity despite a warmer season.

The nose is lifted with lemon peel, citrus blossom and gentle spice, supported by subtle almond meal and flinty complexity.

The palate is citrus driven and precise, with grapefruit and lemon flavours sitting over a fine mineral core. Bright acidity gives drive and length, while subtle lees and oak influence add texture and depth through a clean, moreish finish.
