Shaw and Smith Pinot Noir 2025 is a bright and aromatic Adelaide Hills red showing purity, detail and fine structure from high altitude vineyards in Lenswood and Piccadilly.

The nose is lifted with red cherry, raspberry and mandarin peel, layered with violet, savoury spice and subtle undergrowth complexity.

The palate is finely structured and elegant, with juicy red fruit, gentle amaro notes and a savoury edge. Fine, integrated tannins give shape and length, carrying through to a long, poised finish with freshness and depth.
