Domaine Simha Rama Pinot Noir is a small production from Tasmanian, with just 1500 bottles made from a single vineyard in the cool Derwent Valley.

Fragrant plum blossom and exotic florals lead into black cherry, gentle spice and earthy wild mushroom. The palate has impressive depth beneath its delicate aromatics, with fine tannins and a silky, composed texture.

Handpicked fruit is fermented naturally with whole bunches, gently worked by pigeage, then matured for 12 months in seasoned demi muid. Basket pressed and bottled unfined and unfiltered, Rama is a detailed, expressive Pinot Noir well suited to duck, mushrooms or roast poultry.
