Simha Simla Field Blend 2025

A wild, refreshing field blend from Tasmania’s Derwent Valley, combining Chardonnay, Riesling and Pinot Gris in a distinctly mineral style.

White flowers, lemongrass and grapefruit lead the nose, with cool citrus, river stone and a subtle quartz like mineral note carrying through the palate. The wine is lightly cloudy, adding texture without taking away from its clarity or freshness.

There is real energy here, with bright acidity and a gently textured finish that feels clean, lively and expressive. A distinctive Tasmanian white that works beautifully with oysters, ceviche, fresh seafood or simply on its own.
