Sinapius Close Planted Pinot Noir 2024

Sourced from two closely planted, dry grown vineyard blocks, The Enclave and La Clairière, this 2024 Pinot Noir combines impressive concentration with remarkable precision, shaped by exceptionally low yields and an early harvest.

Ripe red plum, dark cherry and wild berries meet subtle notes of forest floor, dried herbs, earthy spice and ironstone. The palate is concentrated yet finely detailed, with savoury undertones, graphite like minerality and beautifully integrated tannins.

Wild fermented with 15% whole bunches and matured for 12 months in French oak, this is a structured, deeply expressive Pinot Noir with excellent ageing potential. A natural match for roast duck, venison or earthy mushroom dishes.
