Smith & Hooper Pinot Grigio 2025

The Smith & Hooper Pinot Gris is a generous, textured white from South Australia's Limestone Coast, offering a richer expression of the variety while retaining plenty of freshness. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured on lees, it brings together ripe fruit and subtle savoury complexity.

Fresh pear, baked apple and delicate rhubarb notes lead the nose, complemented by hints of cinnamon, anise and gentle spice. The palate is rounded and succulent, with juicy orchard fruit, a soft, creamy texture and balanced acidity carrying through to a lingering finish with a touch of musk.

A versatile Pinot Gris, particularly well suited to chicken saltimbocca, roasted eggplant or creamy pasta dishes.
