Sorrenberg Gamay 2025

A bright, savoury take on Gamay, combining classic technique with a small 10% addition of Pinot Noir for extra perfume and shape. Half the Gamay undergoes a four day cold maceration, while a small portion of whole bunch fruit brings freshness and aromatic lift. Fermentation occurs naturally before the wine matures in oak for eleven months.

The 2025 shows juicy cherry and plum alongside gentle earthy and spice notes. The palate is lively and finely structured, with fresh acidity, supple tannins and good fruit concentration without feeling heavy.

An easy match for roast chicken, charcuterie, mushrooms or simply served lightly chilled.
