A Sicilian inspired red given a distinctly McLaren Vale expression, this is all about balance, freshness and easy drinkability.

Bright red and dark berry fruit sits alongside subtle spice, savoury herbs and a gentle earthy note. The palate has the shape and acidity of Sangiovese, with the softer fruit weight of a lighter Shiraz, finishing with fine tannins and plenty of freshness.

Medium bodied and versatile, it is a great option for the table rather than a heavy, extracted style. Pair it with tomato based pasta, grilled lamb, pizza or antipasti.
