Springbank Hazelburn 15Yo Oloroso Cask 700Ml 55.8%

Hazelburn, Springbank’s triple-distilled and unpeated whisky, offers a lighter, fruitier style. First distilled in 1997, it’s usually aged in bourbon casks, but this annual Sherry Wood release brings a richer twist, matured entirely in Oloroso casks.

Bottled at 55.8% ABV and non-chill filtered, it shows layers of cherry, date syrup, fudge, and toffee apple, with a long finish of rum-soaked raisins and vanilla sponge. Just 9,000 bottles released worldwide.
