Stefano Lubiana Brut Reserve NV is a refined Tasmanian traditional-method sparkling, crafted from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grown on biodynamic vineyards in the Derwent Valley. It is a multi-vintage house style built from reserve wines, giving it added complexity and consistency.

The nose is fresh and elegant, with green apple, lemon zest and white peach layered over subtle brioche, almond and gentle autolytic notes from lees ageing. The palate is fine and textural, showing crisp acidity, delicate mousse and a clean line of citrus and stone fruit balanced by a soft, creamy undertone.

Spending around two years on lees, it develops quiet depth while retaining freshness and precision. Best enjoyed chilled as an aperitif or with oysters, sashimi, seafood or light canapés, it also has the structure to age gracefully over the next several years.
