Stefano Lubiana Estate Chardonnay 2024

A rich yet composed Tasmanian Chardonnay, balancing ripe fruit with savoury detail and fine mineral structure. Sourced from two closely situated blocks in a certified biodynamic single vineyard in the Derwent Valley, the 2024 Estate Chardonnay shows peach and citrus alongside hazelnut, marzipan and a subtle crème brûlée character.

Fermentation and full malolactic conversion in French oak barriques bring creaminess and breadth, while the underlying acidity and chalky finish keep the wine fresh and defined. Complex, rounded and built to develop further in bottle, it is a natural match for roast chicken, richer seafood or mushroom dishes.
