Stefano Lubiana Primavera Pinot Noir 2025 is a bright, supple expression of Tasmanian Pinot Noir, sourced from vineyards across the Derwent and Huon Valleys.

Hand picked and mostly wild fermented, the wine is largely destemmed with a small portion of whole bunch fruit before gentle basket pressing. Red cherry, raspberry and cranberry sit alongside subtle floral and earthy notes, with fine tannins and fresh acidity keeping the palate light on its feet.

Soft, medium bodied and immediately drinkable, this is an elegant Pinot Noir with enough structure to develop further in bottle. Pair with roast chicken, duck, mushrooms or charcuterie.
