The 2025 Stefano Lubiana Primavera Pinot Noir is a bright, elegant Tasmanian red, sourced from vineyards in the Derwent and Huon Valleys. Made with handpicked fruit and predominantly wild fermentation, it offers an approachable introduction to Stefano Lubiana's distinctive cool climate Pinot Noir style.

Fresh red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry lead the nose, with delicate floral notes and subtle earthy spice. The palate is juicy and supple, with silky tannins, refreshing acidity and a gentle savoury finish. Early pressing and a small portion of whole bunch fermentation preserve the wine's vibrant fruit and soft, inviting texture.
