Stefano Lubiana Primavera Chardonnay 2025

Stefano Lubiana's 2025 Primavera Chardonnay brings together fruit from two estate vineyards in Tasmania's Derwent and Huon Valleys, balancing the richness of Granton with the freshness of the cooler Cradoc site.

Fresh white peach, crisp apple and citrus lead the way, with subtle notes of blossom, gentle spice and savoury complexity. The palate is bright and finely textured, with juicy stone fruit, refreshing acidity and a delicate creaminess through the finish.

Matured in a combination of French oak barriques, seasoned Austrian oak foudres and stainless steel, this is an elegant, approachable Tasmanian Chardonnay with plenty of character. Lovely alongside grilled seafood, roast chicken or creamy pasta dishes.
