Volume 1 Australian Dry Gin takes the familiar structure of a classic dry gin and gives it a distinctly Australian accent. Juniper, orris and coriander seed provide the foundation, lifted by whole lemon, green cardamom and just ripe strawberry. Native botanicals including strawberry gum, saltbush, muntries and native pepperberry add savoury, herbal and gently spicy complexity. Bright citrus leads into a soft berry note, with layered spice and a clean, persistent finish. At 43% ABV, it is versatile enough for a Martini, G&T or simple Gin & Sonic, while remaining balanced enough to enjoy neat.
