Storytellers Volume 3 Pink Gin

Tickled Pink is a bright Australian strawberry gin built on a dry gin base and infused with a generous amount of ripe local fruit.

Each bottle sees a punnet and a half of Australian strawberries steeped into the spirit, bringing fresh berry aroma, gentle sweetness and a natural pink hue. The palate combines strawberry, soft citrus and subtle spice, finishing crisp and dry rather than overtly sweet.

At 41% ABV, it has enough structure for cocktails while remaining easy to drink long over ice. Try it with sparkling water, in a French 75, or simply with bitter lemon and fresh mint.
