Sven Joschke L'ambre 2025

Sven Joschke Orange Wine is a blend of Pedro Ximenez, Semillon and Muscat a Petits Blancs from the Barossa Valley. After years as a chartered accountant, Sven returned to South Australia to make wine with a hands off philosophy, inspired by time in France's Jura region.

Expect citrus zest, chamomile tea and a hint of tropical fruit, with honeydew melon on the finish. Each variety saw extended skin contact up to two months, then aged in stainless steel and neutral French oak. Unfined, unfiltered and low in sulfur.

This is a textural, savoury orange wine with enough grip to pair with roast chicken, spiced dishes or a strong washed rind cheese. One to drink young and share with friends who think they don't like white wine.
