Tacherons Chardonnay 2024

The 2024 Tacherons Chardonnay is a fresh, elegant French white from the Haute Vallée near Limoux in southern France. Drawing on the winemaking traditions of Burgundy, it offers a beautifully balanced Chardonnay with plenty of character at an approachable price.

Fresh lemon, green apple and white peach lead the nose, with delicate floral notes and subtle mineral undertones. The palate is crisp and gently textured, with bright citrus, refreshing acidity and a clean, balanced finish. Grown on elevated limestone and clay soils, the wine is fermented in stainless steel and aged on fine lees to preserve freshness while adding a little extra depth.

A lovely match for grilled fish, roast chicken or creamy seafood dishes.
