Tapanappa Tiers Vineyard 1.5 Chardonnay 2025

A richer, more generous expression of Piccadilly Valley Chardonnay from one of Tapanappa’s most distinctive vineyard blocks.

The 2025 Tiers 1.5M Chardonnay shows ripe peach, pear and dried fig, with subtle brioche and cinnamon from fermentation and oak. The palate is broad and textured, but freshness remains central, with grapefruit acidity and a quince like finish providing shape and length.

Whole bunch pressed fruit was fermented and matured in French oak barriques, one third new, before bottling late in 2025. This is a powerful yet composed Adelaide Hills Chardonnay, well suited to roast chicken, richer seafood or creamy pasta.
