Made from organically farmed Chardonnay by Alex Schulkin and Galit Shachaf, this Methode ancestral sparkling wine is all about freshness and drinkability. Fermented in stainless steel, it spends three months on lees before disgorging, then rests in bottle for a further nine months.

Bright and crunchy, the palate brings lemon sorbet and a subtle creamy texture, with energetic bubbles and a clean, refreshing finish. Minimal intervention winemaking keeps the Chardonnay expressive and vibrant. A fun, food friendly sparkling to pour with fried seafood, fresh salads or salty snacks.
