Tolpuddle Pinot Noir 2025

This 2025 Pinot Noir is a richly textured yet beautifully balanced red, combining generous dark fruit with the freshness and aromatic detail of a cooler growing season. Handpicked fruit undergoes gentle fermentation with whole berries and whole bunches before ten months in French oak.

Dark cherry, ripe plum and blackberry are layered with violet, star anise and warm baking spice. The palate is plush and generous, with finely woven tannins, subtle savoury notes and a long finish carrying hints of dark spice. Fresh acidity keeps the richness in check, giving the wine both immediate appeal and the structure to cellar for up to twelve years.

An excellent match for roast duck, lamb or grilled mushrooms.
