Tscharke Grenache 2022

This certified organic red offers a generous expression of dark fruit and savoury complexity, balanced by freshness and finely integrated tannins. Aromas of ripe raspberry and black cherry are layered with cracked black pepper, liquorice, graphite and subtle earthy notes. The palate is rich and concentrated, with succulent dark berries, red liquorice and gentle vanilla spice giving way to a savoury undercurrent of scorched earth and pepper. Despite its generosity, the wine retains freshness and definition, with polished tannins carrying through to a long, satisfying finish. Best enjoyed over the next couple of years, particularly alongside grilled lamb, slow roasted meats or hearty Mediterranean dishes.
