Turon Pinot Gris 2025

This Pinot Gris brings together ripe pear, crisp apple and a gently spiced, textured palate, with freshness keeping everything in balance.

Wild fermented and aged on lees for three months, it opens with aromas of red apple, pear, musk and delicate honeysuckle. The palate is generous and softly fleshy, with sweet spice notes, lively acidity and a subtle chalky edge leading into a long, clean finish.

With a nod to the fuller, more textural style of Alsace, this is a Pinot Gris that offers plenty of flavour without feeling heavy. Enjoy it over the next year or two with roast chicken, pork or a simple platter of soft cheeses.
