Adelaide Hills single vineyard Pinot Noir from one of the region's young gun winemakers. Deep crimson with purple hues. Deep and brooding. Roasted beetroot, bramble fruit and cured meats. Fine yet firm tannins provide great lenght on the palate, accompanied by black cherry, truffle and dried herbs.
