Unico Zelo Delta Blue 2022

Unico Zelo Delta Blue is a juicy, savoury red from Langhorne Creek that puts freshness ahead of sheer weight.

Grown on deep alluvial clay soils at the Old Mill Estate, the blend brings together Touriga Nacional and Cabernet, showing blueberry, raspberry and blackcurrant with bay leaf, cassia and gentle clove spice. The palate is vibrant and generous, with a fresh core of fruit and fine suede like tannins giving shape without making the wine feel heavy.

A relaxed, medium bodied style with plenty of regional character. Great with slow cooked lamb, grilled meats or hearty vegetable dishes.
