Unico Zelo Dolcetto is a bright, juicy red that combines fruit from Polish Hill River in Clare Valley with a new parcel from Langhorne Creek.

Blueberry and fresh black cherry lead the way, layered with dried herbs, spice and a subtle savoury edge. The Langhorne Creek fruit brings extra tannin and structure, while the Clare Valley component keeps the palate lively and generous.

Fresh, medium bodied and finely textured, this is an easy drinking Dolcetto with enough complexity to keep things interesting. A natural match for pizza, pasta, antipasti or grilled sausages.
