'Pastafarian is Unico Zelo's love letter to Italian Bistro dining. Sundried tomato, herbs and a hint of spice on the nose reminiscent of the annual sauce-making day at Nonna's house. The label acts as much as a serving suggestion as anything else. As the wine's motto on the side reads 'thy noodle come, thy sauce be yum, ramen'.
