Vanguardist V Barossa Valley Syrah 2024 is a focused, site driven red that shows a more refined side of the Barossa.

From the McKenzie Vineyard in Vine Vale, this Syrah opens with dark blackberry, plum and blue fruit lifted by violet, cracked pepper and a subtle savoury edge. Whole bunch fermentation brings a gentle herbal line of bay leaf and dried spice, while oak is neatly integrated rather than dominant.
