Vanguardist V Pommard 2023

The 2023 Vanguardist V Pommard captures the essence of Pinot Noir from one of Burgundy’s most esteemed appellations. Hand-harvested in early September under pristine conditions, the grapes were carefully sorted and gently fermented with indigenous yeasts, producing a wine of purity and authenticity. Aromas of blackberry, red currant, plum, and cherry pit are layered with subtle spice and earthy undertones. Medium-bodied with supple tannins, the wine balances freshness and structure, making it approachable now but promising complexity with a few years of cellaring.

Ideal with roast duck, mushroom risotto, or lightly grilled venison. Certified organic and vegan-friendly, with natural fermentation and no additives.
